Scope of Work
- Cleaning of the underwater area by the scrappers
- Cleaning underwater & hull by high pressure water washing machine to 3500 psi
- Blasting of the underwater & waterline area
- Painting underwater & waterline
- Painting the top side above waterline
- Black water collecting tank renewal
- Port and Starboard freeboard, Draft marks, Ships name, IMO marking and Port of registry clean blasting and to be highlighted in white paint
- Remove, discharging the tangled synthetic rope at fodder part of from of the propeller, nave of the propeller
- Open sea chest grating, cleaning grating and inside sea chest from marine growth, cleaning HP, blasting, painting
- Protection of anodes, propeller blades, blades of bow thruster, echo sounder,speed log,ship side scuttles/ windows etc before blasting / painting
- Cleaning and painting 2 coats bridge PS and STBD
- Mounting tires, prepare new chain, shackle, drilling in new tires holes for chain and after install tires back
- Conservation of PS rudder stock and stock nut
- Fabricate blind plug for PS shaft
- Transport stock of shaft from FD and propeller shaft to mechanical workshop for repair
- Fabrication and installation pad eyes in Engine Room
- Fabrication new protector for shaft
- Fabricate, install pad eye for dismounting Rudder shaft, for inspection cutting plate in rudder and install back
- For inspection STBD rudder stock nut cutting plate in rudder and install back
- Fabricate foundation stand seating for shaft
- Checking shaft in workshop with lathe machine and Repair shaft
- MPI testing shaft and stock in lathe machine
- Transportation shaft with stand, lift with crane and put to vessel
- Cutting and installation rudder opening for dismantling Rudder PS
