Installation pipe grey water discharge to grey water tank
Hull Shell Plates HP Wash / Scrapping / Blasting / Painting; Protection of propeller, anodes, chutes preparatin, anode, propeller, thruster, transducers, scupper plugs, fenders & portholes
Hull Marking-Painting of Markings on Hull and Bulwark, Ships name on port and stbd bow, Name and port of registry on stern, Draft marks on port and stbd bow, midship and stern, Freeboard/plimsol mark on port and stbd midship, Bulbous bow marks on port and stbd bow, Thruster marks on port and stbd bow
Port & Stbd Anchors and chains to be ranged out in drydock, cleaned, inspected, calibrated and marked with band its strap
Kort nozzle pressure test @ 5 bar, HP 3,000psi washing, hard scrapped, grit blasting SA 1.5 and painting
To remove cement and bottom plugs, Rudder HP 3,000psi washing, hard scrapped, grit blasting SA 1.5 and painting, Stern Roller HP 3,000psi washing, hard scrapped, grit blasting SA 1.5 and painting
Rudder-Remove ruder to dock bottom for inspection, Renew rudder stock lip seal spares, Dismantling of Rudder stock from steering gear & overhauling
Rope guard HP 3,000psi washing, hard scrapped, grit blasting SA 1.5 and painting
Zinc anodes to remove and re-install with new zinc anodes
Sea chest: hand scrap of barnacles, HP Water Jet Cleaning, Gritblast to SA1
Remove sea chest grating, clean by HP Washing, blasting, painting, fit the gratings back into place and replace the seizing wires with new stainless steel wire
Thruster grid to be removed / cleaned / sandblasted SA-1.0 and painting
Dismantling of sea water strainers
Sea valves to dismantle & overhaul, clean, free up, lap in for DNV GL Class inspection
Replacement of corroded top plate of the BW tank; Helideck railing blasting/painting & reinstallation
Tanks Hydro & Air Pressure test
Replacement of steel plate as per UTM report Shelter deck, WBT #5, Shell plating PS, Helicopter deck
Main mast repair
Helideck & Bridge drain lines repair
UT test & repair of the Cracked weld seam on shell plates
Modification of Bracket for new VSAT antenna
Chemical cleaning / water flushing of horizontal & Vertical fender

Repair on V-SAT mast, Fabrication & Installation new pole for pull out mast
Fabrication & Installation of new Benches for Gyrocompasses

REMOVING, FABRICATION AND INSTALLATION OF THE CORREDED/DEFECTED VENT. HEADS
