Painting & Blasting performs following key processes:
- Steel plate surface degreasing / high-pressure washing
- Surface preparation – blasting/power tooling/cleaning
- Painting- prime, 1st, 2nd & 3rd final coat
Main facilities are automated blasting & coating workshop and separate fully equipped blasting & painting chambers. Those is essentially provide the grit blasting and coating for various blocks and sections prior to final transfer and integration on the building slab.
Chambers are equipped with various systems, like steel shot, grit recovery, full ventilation and dust removing, compressed air supply, paint spraying.
