Scope of Work
- Dry-docking/undocking of the vessel inclusive arrangement of the tug boats
- HP washing of the main hull underwater areas on vessel arrival
- Transferring of the vessel to repair slab
- Cutting and removing of the transporting grillages, sea-fastening, temporary handrails, bumpers, blanking plates, unloading of the cut off units
- Alignment of the deformation on cutting lines
- Welding of the cut units to the main hull
- Re-installation of Draft marks and permanent hull markings after assembly
- NDT testing of the welds as per Class requirement
- Tank tightness test of the reassembled tanks (air test)
- Steel works for relocation of 6 (six) 2x25 t bollards
- Re-installation of the life boats, davits and motors
- Assembling of hydraulic system
- Electrical works for installation of Life boats, davits and motors supplier Technical documentation, Technical Data
- Assistance on Life boat davit electrical test and test of hydraulic system
- Installation of dismantled equipment (switches, electrical cables) on reassembled wing tanks area
