Scope of Work
- Cleaning of the underwater & waterline area by the scrappers
- Cleaning underwater and hull by high pressure water washing machine to 3500 psi
- Full blasting of the underwater & waterline area
- Full blasting of the top side above waterline
- Painting underwater & waterline
- Painting the top side above waterline
- Full blasting and painting Tunnel (platform) front side, bumper trane supporter pipe work (front side) & STBD AFT side miscellaneous

- Cleaning IWO accommodation / superstructure Port Side & Stbd side by high pressure water washing machine to 3500 psi
- Blasting SA1 and painting IWO accommodation / superstructure Port Side & Stbd side
- Port and Starboard anchors and anchor chains to be lowered and ranged in the dry dock. High pressure wash the chain cables, blasting and painting
- Port and Starboard freeboard, Draft marks, Ships name, IMO marking and Port of registry clean blasting SA 1.0 and to be highlighted in white paint
- New Sea chest strainer blasting and painting;
- Chain lockers pumping out all water, cleaning sludge, blasting & painting

- Sea water line of sea chest-Remove manifold, pipe and spools cleaning high pressure water washing machine, grit blasting, painting, repair and install back
- Remove 12" & 6" spools cleaning high pressure water washing machine, grit blasting, painting, repair and install back 2 pcs 6" size flange fitting and welding in pipe shop
- Galvanized pipe compressor air blow line for sea chast 2” dismantled, cleaned, inspection, repair, grit blasting, painting & install back
- Repair elect. motor Hot Water Circulation pumps
- Repair hot water heater. 3x380V, 7500 Watt
- Carry out complete vessel insulation megger test for 660V, 380V, 230V, 110V, 24V
- Repair elect. motor life boat motor port & stbd. 380V, 12 kW, 1445 rpm
- Overhaul elect. motor engine room exhaust fan (E1 & E2) with mushroom head 3x380V, 30kW, 1470 rpm
- Repair electro motor Accomodation Air Condition; Elect. motor store room exhaust fan. ( E3 ) with mushroom head open termination box, remove cables from termination box, open mushroom head bolts from housing,remove mushroom, remove fan from foundation after inspection put back and install
- Repair emergency lighting systems accommodation, passage way, engine room, pipelay tunnel, machinery areas
- Fresh water pipe line-Remove all broken union connection and install new
- Copper tube 3 pcs OD28mm sea water cooling dismantl clean, inspection, repair & refitled back 1 pcs 2 1/2 " spool fabrication in pipe shop and installation onboard 1''
- Bilge system-Cut old elbow 6" open flange dismantle, weld new flange & elbow. After welding take to the ship, install back & fabricate
- New sea chest-Fabrication, velding & installation pipes 12" , 2" , 1" for new sea chest
- Hydro test sea water manifold
- Overhauling of S.D.N.R valves in sea water cooling return pipeline stbs globe valve DN 250
- Overhauling of globe valve in the reserve sea water service line DN 150
- Completely remove the strainer body from foundation and S.W pipeline carry to workshop, fabrication new strainer body, carry onboard installation, testing together with sea chest line Strainer body 500
- Overhaul vertical centrifugal sea water service pump
- Overhaul of starging air compressors No 1 & No 2
- Overhaul valves of sea chest
- Fabrication & installation new blinds for closing out pipe to the sea water system
