Project execution
The Muslim Magomayev repair scope included underwater hull scraping and cleaning, external hull coating above and below the waterline, steel plate renewal, hull marking works, tire fender removal and reinstallation, main mast ladder fabrication, Ampelmann pedestal handling and gangway installation, sea chest air vent adaptor fabrication and sewage drain line repair.

- Scraping of barnacles and marine growth from external underwater hull
- Underwater cleaning by high pressure water washing
- Painting of external hull underwater and above water hull
- Renewal of hull plate
- Painting of draft marks at four locations and Plimsoll marks
- Painting of Piano Keyboard Design on hull port and starboard
- Painting of company web page WWW.CASPMARINE.COM on hull port and starboard
- Removal and reinstallation of 16 rubber tire fenders
- Aluminum ladder step fabrication for main mast
- Offloading of owner's Ampelmann pedestal from truck, transport to floating unit and lifting into vessel
- Installation of owner's Ampelmann gangway on the vessel
- Fabricated and machined adaptor for sea chest air vent system
- Repair of sewage drain line
