Baku Shipyard is an integrated shipyard providing shipbuilding, ship repair, conversion and engineering services for the marine and offshore industry around the Caspian Sea.  Established in 2011, Baku Shipyard has developed as one of the leading shipyards in the Caspian Sea region, providing both quality and value. Our main activity consists of the construction/ship repair/conversion of a variety of vessels ranging from offshore support vessels, general cargo vessel, tug boats, crane vessels, specialized vessels and passenger vessels to tankers. With the wide range of specialized offshore and commercial vessels in our portfolio we focus on the best way of construction and repair services by ensuring high level of customer satisfaction.

SOCAR, the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Republic, is one of the world’s leading companies in the hydrocarbon industry today. The company’s activities comprise the complete value chain from search, exploration and drilling of oil and gas fields in Azerbaijan over processing, refinery and production to transportation, delivery and selling of the products to domestic and foreign markets.
